Fez, Morocco
Fez, a World Heritage Site, is the oldest of Morocco's imperial cities and its spiritual and religious capital. Fez el-Bali is the largest medina in Morocco with its many bustling market street and narrow alleys and lanes that wind and wriggle overlapping souks specialized in different crafts. A mule, traditionally used to carry heavy loads in and out of the medina, rests next to parked motorcycles.
